Greg Stark mentioned that there are some Git repositories available that show work-in-process of developers.

During Andrew Sullivan's talk about PostgreSQL Project Management, Marco (sorry, didn't catch the last name) and Greg both mentioned the superior ability of git and mercurial when it comes to integrating a series of small patch sets.
