The following changes all need to be prepared so that they can go out in one commit at the appropriate time. Please put your name next to items which you can claim, and mark them when done.

- Call Box should say "9.0 Release" and have appropriate links -- Devrim DONE
- Latest Releases should rotate to 9.0 and 8.0 should drop off -- Devrim DONE
